Responsibilities:
1.监控来料品质，及时汇报来料品质异常问题。
Monitoring the quality of leather and report the issue in time.
2.负责监督指导皮料扫描工序的操作工确保其使用正确的品质标准进行皮料扫描.。Be responsible that the scanning operators are using the correct quality standard for leather scanning.
3.负责品质终检按正确的品质标准完成,防止客户投诉。
Be responsible that the final quality inspection is done according to the accurate standards.
4.负责培训操作工正确的品质标准和产品标准,确保其操作符合质量要求。Training of new operator in quality standards and product specifications.
5.监控拒收率和裁切率，发现异常数据并解决问题。Actively monitor reject rate and cutting yield find out the abnormal data and sovle the problem.

Requirement:
1.大专及本科以上学历。Colledge or bacholar and above.
2.从事皮革行业经验2年以上或者两年生产、品质品质管理经验，优秀应届生亦可。 Over 2 years experience in leather manufacturing or 2 years experience in production or quality department.Excellent graduate is available.
3.良好的沟通协调能力、计划能力，结果导向型 Excellent communication and coordination skill, planning skill and results- oriented.
4.英文读写流畅. Basic in English writing and speaking.
