• 从事过各类室内空间设计尤其是住宅设计，有2年以上的工作经验
Strong design background in residential environment design/ Interior architecture; 2 years+ experience.
• 善于平衡大量重要的手头创造性工作以及监督工作
Balance undertaking a significant amount of \\\'hands-on\\\' conceptual creative work, as well as overseeing the work of others.
• 拥有管理团队和协调设计工作的经验
Experience in managing teams and coordinating design activities.
• 了解设计流程，有成功案例
Knowledge of design delivery process and procedures, gained through successful experience of design and design-coordination.
• 熟知相关法律，法规、报批等实施细则
Knowledge of relevant legislation, approvals authorities, and how they relate to project implementation.
• 拥有施工招标文件的编制的经验
Experience of compiling drawing packages for issue fot Tender or Construction.
• 拥有卓越的谈判技能
Exceptional Client-Facing skills and story telling capability.
• 拥有手绘能力
Ability to sketch visuals free hand.
• 拥有良好的沟通能力，团队协作能力
Excellent communicator, personable and able to work well in a team.
• 拥有出色的表达能力，能激励团队人员
Possess inspirational presentation skills to effectively articulate creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders and encourage/empower the rest of the creative team to become confident and effective presenters.
• 维护品牌形象
Ensure brand guardianship on all projects.
• 利用示范性的审美和设计技巧，体现有生命力的设计
Originate and bring-to-life concepts through exemplary aesthetic and design skills.
• 善于利用CAD、3D MAX、SketchUp表达设计思路
Proficient in CAD/3D MAX/SketchUp for concept development.
• 熟练运用Adobe Creative Suite以及办公软件
Experienced with the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft office.
• 对新技术感兴趣
A healthy interest in innovative technology.
• 不断深化对品牌、市场、客户以及分销渠道的了解，确保提出适当的和创新的解决方法
Continually seek to deepen understanding of
client brands, markets, customers and channels of distribution on ensure delivery of appropriate and innovation solutions.
